• 10% discount off the cost of routine hearing exams
• 10% discount off the retail price of hearing aids

To obtain the discounts, you must show the participating provider your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska I.D. card and pay for the services at the time care is received. This is a discount program only. No claims are filed.
