Federal Employee Program (FEP)

The Federal Employee Program is available to federal employees who are eligible to participate in the Federal Health Benefit Program. The plan is underwritten by participating Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans on behalf of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
