File Transfer Documentation

NEBLUEconnect provides file transfer options that allow you to send standard electronic transactions and to transfer edit reports and other files from BCBSNE back to your computer system.

File Transfer Support is provided by our experienced technical staff in the Support Center and by EDI Account Managers.

Available protocols for electronic transmission are:

• FTP with PGP
• SFTP
• HTTPS
• You can also submit through our secure website
