A default setting in PC-ACE will trigger the purging of files that have been transmitted. The user can increase or decrease the number of days that files are archived before they are purged. Standard electronic formats mandate how and where information is to be sent to a payer. Two examples are: 1. Information needed by BCBSNE for auxiliary providers: PLMHP and LADAC and 2. Data needed for billing BCBSNE for initial OB visit separately as an E&M service.
