This manual is for the new PC-ACE user. The content includes specific information
about setting up the software and communications connections to NEBLUEconnect.
A default setting in PC-ACE will trigger the purging of files that have been transmitted.
The user can increase or decrease the number of days that files are archived before
they are purged. View a demo movie that shows you how to change the default setting
or access a MIcrosoft Word document with the same information.

Certain specific information is needed by BCBSNE to process claims correctly according
to each patient's contract. Standard electronic formats mandate how and where information
is to be sent to a payer. Two examples are: 1. Information needed by BCBSNE
for auxiliary providers: PLMHP and LADAC and 2. Data needed for billing
BCBSNE for initial OB visit separately as an E&M service.
